Banquet Menu 1: $32 per person. In House Catering

Appetizer Selections: Served Family Style
1) Calamari
2) Bruschetta with 3 toppings: sauteed mushrooms, seasoned fresh
tomatoes and sausage.
3) Mozzarella in Carrozza: mozzarella cheese between two slices of egg dipped white bread, deep-fried and served over a mildly spicy tomato sauce.
Salad Course:
House Salad with oil and vinegar
Pasta: 2 choices:
1) Penne alla Nando: penne tossed with shallots, prosciutto
and fresh basil in a red sauce.
2) Lasagna
MAIN COURSE: 2 Selections:
1) Roasted chicken with potatoes
2) Pan seared salmon in a white wine sauce served with sautéed mushrooms and spinach
Dessert:
Tiramisu: espressso soaked ladyfingers topped with a mascarpone cheese cream
Beverages: Included:
Sodas, Iced Tea, and American Regular or Decaf Coffee or Hot Tea.
Optional Bar Set Up:

Appetizers: Served Family Style:
1) Calamari
2) Meats and Cheeses
3) Bruschetta with all 3 toppings: toasted italian bread with sautéed mushrooms, seasoned fresh tomatoes, and sausage.
Salad Course:
Brambilla : arugula with cherry tomatoes, marinated mushrooms and shaved parmiggiano cheese and dressed with balsamic vinaigrette
Pasta: (3 Choice Selections)
1) Orecchiette all Tarquinio: pasta tossed with shrimp, broccoli rabe, and provolone.
2) Risotto with mushrooms.
3) Sliced eggplant layered with bolognese, mozzarella cheese and then baked.
Main Courses: 2 Selections:
1) Filet (6 ounce) with mushroom and asparagus.
2) Pan seared tuna encrusted with sesame seeds and served with cous cous and steamed spinach.
Dessert:
Chocolate Mousse

Banquet Menu 3: $52 per person. In-House Catering

Appetizer: (Served Family Style)
1) Goat Cheese: melted over a roasted portobello mushroom cap and stuffed with sautéed spinach and drizzled with pesto.
2) Meats and Cheeses
3) Calamari
Salad:
Moreno: spinach salad dressed with walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and pears all dressed with a raspberry vinaigrette.
Pasta: 3 Choices:
1) Risotto with shrimp and mushrooms
2) Gnocchi tossed with tomato sauce, ricotto cheese, fresh basil and then baked.
3) Pasticcio: penne tossed with béchamel sauce, ham and mushrooms and then baked.
Main Course:
1) Roasted Lamb: with potatoes and green beans.
2) Scallops: served over a mushroom ragout surrounded by a cream of leeks and potatoes.
Dessert:
Cheesecake: served with a passion fruit sauce.
Beverages are also included:
Sodas, Iced Tea and American Regular or Decaf Coffee or Hot Tea.

Please note: A 6% Pa. sales tax is added on, in addition to the party fee per person.
Also, a 20% gratuity is added on for the service staff.
A minimum deposit is also required of at least 50% of the total cost of the party to reserve the space and time and date of your party.
A written contract will be faxed or e-mailed to the main party host or hostess who is booking the event at Amici Miei, within 48 hours a party deposit is taken.
A cancellation policy and also refund policy will be included in the contract terms.
We are a 100 percent non-smoking facility.
You must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol in a Pa. liquor licensed establishment.

We just completed an outside deck to accommodate up to 100 guests. Please feel free to call us or e-mail us about party functions. We offer an inviting location and atmosphere for bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate luncheons, bar and bat mitzvahs, and also funeral luncheons.
The deck opened on July 4, 2008.
We also plan to open a small banquet room downstairs sometime in the fall/winter of 2008 or 2009.
